Recy is the Director of The Commercial Division for Keller Williams Realty Professionals in Houston, Texas, and has been with KW since 2011.He is a Member of ALC – (Associates Leadership Council) and a top producer in the brokerage.
Dunn specializes in Land Development, Multi-Family, Retail Strip Centers and C-Store (Gas Stations). As the Co-founder of The Homes “Dunn” Right Team, his Commercial listings and closings have ranged from over $20 Million to a low of $300,000.00.
Recy was the President of the Houston Chapter for VAREP – (Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to increasing sustainable homeownership, financial-literacy education, VA loan awareness, and economic opportunity for the active military and veteran communities.
He is a graduate of HAR 2014 Texas Realtors Leadership Program, and a HAR Advisory Member for PAAG – Montgomery County (Political Affairs Advisory Group) The duties of this advisory group are to interview candidates and make recommendations to the HAR Board of Directors regarding endorsements and contributions.
Prior to entering real estate, Dunn spent twenty years in various management roles at a Fortune 500 firm. He has served as past Chairman of Houston Better Business Bureau, Chairman of Port of Galveston Wharves Board of Trustees, Executive Board committee member for Galveston Economic Development Partnership and President of the African-American Chamber of Commerce of Galveston County.
